OK, by popular request, I will try to update the public official Algeria and Morocco with these facilities:

1) fethi_dz: Min hours daily with user selectable +1 (check box) for mornings.

2) Said 213: Constraint teacher(s) begin afternoons early max beginnings at second hour.

3) ZINEDDINE18: For FET Morocco, allow teachers with 3 days exceptions.

It will take a while, I am not sure how long.

Please tell me, Mr. Mansouri Kamel, did you try this feature you ask, in FET-Algeria-Said213, and it works OK for you?
