new constraint needed

dears,
we need a constraint to control how many hours a teacher can see his pupils per real day.
the need is separate sessions  from td and rattrapage in french arabic english and maths
I tried the use of tags but it was bifficult.

But it is already there, teacher(s) or students (set) activity tag max hours daily (it is for a real day, in FET Algeria). I could try to help you with your file, but I do not understand the Arabic characters. If you have Latin characters I could help you.
