Two classes everyone in morning first slot

Hi everyone,
Is it possible to have maximum of two classes to everyone in the first slot in a week?
If Classes start from 8 am to 1 pm and 2 pm to 5 pm for 5 days in a week so everyone should be maximum two classes from 8am to 9 am for a slot of one hour class.

You talk about teacher?
There are different variants how to do it.
I think the easiest is "All teachers wokr in in hourly interval max per week" with max 2 days 100%.

Don't forget that this will work only if you have got 2,5 times more teachers then classes.
So if you have got 20 classes, then you need at least 50 teachers that are allowed to teach in the 1st hour (So don't forget the teachers that are not allowed to teach in the first hour. So you might need much more teachers.)
