FET command line without using the X-server

Maybe can add a plus info that "my work" is based on Foradian's version. My C++ knowledge is minimal and I've make a diff between foradian's fet-cli and the fet 5.14.5 and I've "copied" the differences to 5.18.0. So it's not my own work - only a plagiarism
