فراغات الفترة الصباحية

سلام عليكم
من فضلكم هل من طريقة تقضي على الفراغات في الفترة الصباحية للأساتذة علماً أنني أعطيت نصف يوما بيداغوجيا ثم يوما كاملا مع ذلك نفس المشكل و عندما أستعمل قيد ادنى حصص في الصباح البرنامج لا ينتج الجداول

Just to translate  what my colleague  asked  for .Some teachers who  do not live next  to the places where they work find it difficult to have free  gaps  from 10.00 am to 14.00 pm this long period is  tiring especially for  woman teachers as they have no where  to go and are obliged to spend the whole period in the teachers  room .How to manage to solve such a  tricky problem ? THANKS IN ADVANCE

Max gaps per morning for teachers? Isn't max gaps per day/week/real day for teachers enough?

Or the teachers should begin afternoons early max 0 beginnings at second hour?

Or maybe add teachers min hours per morning = 3 or 4, or maybe use teachers min hours per real day.

The timetable is: morning 8-12, pause 12-14, afternoon: 14-18?
