Optimization of free afternoons

Hello!

When I generate schedules, sometimes some afternoons are occupied with only one block (as in the attached example). Ideally, each afternoon should be as busy as possible and as many afternoons as possible should be free, so that the students are at school as few afternoons as possible. How can I introduce these kinds of conditions?

Students interval max days per week, interval = afternoon, start with a large value and lower it as you find solutions.
