my schedule doesn´t generate

I am creating my school's schedule and now I have problems with two teachers, it seems that the schedule already generate and it is impossible to create a new one with these two teachers, I waited for 1 hour and it doesn´t work, I really need help I am new and I am learning how to use it, Please help me
