FET-7.4.0 released on 22 July 2025

On Tuesday, 22 July 2025, FET-7.4.0 was released. From the ChangeLog:

  - Added a complete Bosnian translation, by Bolja škola (assisted by Google Translate and ChatGPT).
  - Some punctuation marks are now translated, because in some languages, like Arabic, they are different from the Latin ones (reported/suggested by Walid).
