Warning if re-generating locked file

Hello
I locked my file, made many constraint changes, then re-generate
FET place, say, 780 out of 789
but cant go further any more, cycling forth and back !!
I relaxed many constraints, but bo hope !!
Finally, I noticed the file was Time locked !!
So it is possible to give user a warning if he try to re-generate locked file, like this:
You are re-generating with some locked activities! Continue / Cancel

I know, in some impossible cases, FET stop generation after placing some activities, showing info problematic activity or teacher... but in my case, it just keep trying to solve..  for a long time

I do not like the idea, because I want full liberty. Anyway, many files contain some locked activities.
