Troppe ore buca tra una scuola e l'altra come risolvere? senza bloccare ore ulteriori al docente

esempio un insegnante un giorno può fare 7 ore tra due scuole delle quali massimo 4 ore

prima di generare metto xLLLLLL per disponibilità dalla scuola1
vorrei che FET generasse xVOOObb o al massimo  xVbOOOb
non vorrei xVbbbOO piochè ci sono troppe ore buche tra la scuola1 e la scuola2

You can either add a fixed activity for the teacher, and constrain it on the first slot with preferred times, and constrain the gaps, or force the teacher to have activities in the slots 4 and 5 with a constraint activities occupy min time slots from selection.

You should add an activity for that teacher, probably without students; then, you need to fix it in time, using preferred time constraints - you have 7 types of preferred times in the activities constraints to choose from.
