At most schools there is a guy who care about doing the cover planing. So for example ill teachers call him already before school and he care about representing his activity by other teachers.

This guy is always at school before the other ones. So how to care about that guy best?

Variants:
a) Maybe just disable the last hours. So he will automaticly get early activities.
b) similar to a) use the "teacher works in an hourly intervall max" constraint for the last hours
c) just choose 5 activities of that teacher and set each day one activity early
d) add each day an early pseudoactivity. (maybe even before the first official hour. but by that trick you maybe also need to add pseudoactivities to students.)

or
e) Maybe it would be usefull if that teacher can get a constraint similar to the student constraint "... beginns early (max beginning at second hour)". (This is currently not possible. Just a suggestion/question if this ise usefull).

UPDATE:
or
f) try TiTiTo. See: http://lalescu.ro/liviu/fet/forum/index.php?board=36.0

it is not equivalent, but my suggestion if a special variant of that.

i think it is maybe useful to add my suggestion, because:
- this special variant is easier to use for a fet-user, because he must set only the teacher name. nothing more like it would be needed in the variant you linked. (so no selection of timeslots and no selection of activities)
- it is (maybe) easier to code, because it is similar to the students constraint

but i know how to use a workaround for my suggestion:
add a new year. (maybe "pseudo year")
take all activities of that teacher and also add that "pseudo year" to that activities.
then add the early constraint to that year. (be careful if you use the early constraint to all students, you maybe need to add it so every single year instead of "all students".)
be also careful with gaps constraint to "all students", because maybe need to set it only to all years except the "pseudo year".
also be carefull if you use students home rooms. that teacher now have always 2 (or more) students per activity, so home room constraint doesn't work and you need to set a room constraint for every activity.

Your constraint, teacher begins early max beginnings at second hour, would be very difficult to add. I had many troubles due to the students begin early.

Your workaround seems very nice.
