Max Activity Tags for a set in a week

When the activity tag is changed, the same activity tag used in constraints in this category doesn't get updated, leads to an error. May have similar problem with similar constraints, I have only used the max tag for a week.

Thank you for the bug report! I will check it now. If it is a bug and I will correct it (both, probably), I will put a snapshot for you to check if I fixed it correctly, and I hope you can do that.

Liviu, can you compile a Windows version for me to check? I am primmarily using Macs (M4 is so fast!), but I can test on Windows.
