FET Substitutions Manager is a free, open-source and self-hosted web application for managing daily teacher substitutions, exam invigilation and exam-session planning using timetables generated by FET.

Main features

• Imports the teacher timetable XML file generated by FET.
• Detects the classes affected by teacher absences.
• Automatically suggests suitable substitutes according to their availability and configurable priority criteria.
• Allows all assignments to be reviewed and modified manually.
• Manages exam invigilation and groups left without their regular teacher.
• Plans exam sessions using automatic optimisation.
• Generates daily substitution and invigilation sheets, as well as management reports in PDF format.
• Provides statistics on absences, substitutions and invigilation.

The user account is intended for the daily management of substitutions and exam invigilation.

The administrator account also provides access to statistics, the exam planner, reports and management settings.
