help on timetable

I cannot get a timetable. I know I've added a lot of constraints, but I'm trying to improve to get a very efficient timetable.
Can someone suggest me If in this file there are impossible activities or I have only to "wait".
The last timetable I get, I get it in 7 hours :O

I generated for 1h 24m on 8 threads, reached 354/357 in 4 timetables. I think this is too difficult.
