I am not sure on Ubuntu, but on my openSuse GNU/Linux, I have to install the package libqt4-devel.

thanks, but after i installed libqt4-devel , i don't get linquest.

It is "linguist", not "linquest". It may be available from the command line or as an icon in "Development" section on the menu button on the desktop (this is on my openSuse).

Or try to search in Adept Manager of Ubuntu for "linguist", not "libqt4-devel".
