what ever the constraints we have given are unavoidable constraints
because 
1.Teacher TVR is a visiting faculty available only from monday to Wednesday.
2.The students set year 8A, 8B, 8C, 8D are available only on Monday to wednesday.
3. The students set year 4VLSI_VTU, 4 SP_VTU, 4DCN_VTU are available only on monday and tuesday.

our main constraint is not to have consecutive activities for teachers

we did the same thing what you are suggesting and it has not generated the time table even after 1 hour

please let us know how to avoid consecutive activities for all teachers
