On the timetable I am working on we have common courses for multiple years (8 different semesters). Because we have more than 100 activities like these, it is very difficult to do them one by one on the program. The same course is taken by several different departments and years, for example. Is it possible to import an activity (the same activity) with more than one year (year 1, 2, 3) in a row? If yes, how can I form the CSV column? I tried to do it with commas but it didn't work. Thank you Volker, now I am able to import split times.

I am importing the activities through CSV files and I managed to import everything except the Split Times. I have over 100 activities with a total class hour of 4 and I want them to be split into 2 because I cannot modify them later. Can I import split times as well?

By Faculty, I don't mean Teachers. Under the faculty there are 12 departments with 45 teachers and over 100 activities. For the "space constraint" I chose "the activity tag has preferred rooms" and I assigned all departments the rooms in their buildings. I want to do the same with  time SO I want to say " An activity tag has a preferred starting time" to make all activities in all departments in that Faculty to start the classes at the same time. ( There are faculties (departments) that they want to start at 8.00 and some others that they want to start at 9.00).

Problem 1: I am working on a university timetable and made the faculties Activity tags. Two Faculties with more than 100 activities want to start the lessons at 8.00 o'clock not at 9.00, the regular starting time for others. If there were Time constraints for the Activity tags I could have done this with no time. Is there any possibility we have time constrains for activity tags as well?

Problem 2: Is there any possibility that we can split the hour of any activity by MODIFYING it? Now it seems that it is not possible!
