I am aiming to distribute lecture time evenly for all teachers, with 50% dedicated to the first half and the remaining 50% to the second half. I was wondering if there is a feasible constraint/option that could facilitate this across all teachers.

How to do it by using FET software? Any easiest ways to do it.

Hi,
If I have a group and divided the group into two subgroups. It is possible that if one group is engaged in some activity then the other group should also engage in other activities. Teachers for the two groups will be different. It means their activities are on the same day + starting time but with different teachers.

Hi there,
If I understood your question correctly then you are trying to assign two subjects to two different groups of students in the same rooms and with the same teacher. It is possible by adding two subjects together like subject1+subject2 and assigning batch1 and batch2 students. You can assign the same room or two different rooms parallel by using the virtual room option.

Is it possible to generate the timetable without printing the not assigned rooms, subjects, and teachers including virtual rooms? This would be to avoid deleting all of them after generating a timetable.

I am using common break option for lunch break but there are some student sets, they need the break-in different times for example 1.00 pm -2.00 pm is a common break time for all students and teachers but I want a one set of student break time 12.00 noon -1.00 pm which is not possible in common break option. I am doing this by student set not available option but its taking time as I have more than 40 student sets with two batches for each section.

Can we have one more option in the break window tab where we can provide separate break times for some selected students sets?

Dear Liviu,

I have tested FET-6.2.5 with added new features teacher(s)/students (set) min gaps between activity tag and print preview dialogs.

It worked as expected. 

The updated version of FET is awesome with a fully-loaded feature, that I was looking for preparing a timetable.

I have a no words to express my feeling.

Anyways thank you very much and looking for your official launch for FET-6.2.5.

I have a small request for adding the "Maximise" option in the print preview window.  I am using the print preview window most frequently while preparing a timetable and struggling to maximize the window manually. Hence it is requested to add in future FET software updates, Maximize option in the print preview window. That would be much easier to see the output of FET on full screen.

I got your point and perfectly working, but if activity gas has different hours (Practice (P) 2+2, 3+3, and 4 then it is not working.

Can you please configure the file which I have shared?
