Suggestions / ordered activities
Last post by Benahmed Abdelkrim - May 13, 2026, 08:46:09 PM
Hello!
In the HTML timetables, activities are ordered according to their "IDs". Can they be ordered according to their activity tags?

See the attached screenshot below...

The most efficient is with teacher not available.

An alternative is to not use the constraint teachers interval max days per week, but add for each teacher a dummy activity to occupy an afternoon. This dummy activity will have a special tag and you can lock all activities of that tag. But this might not be as efficient as teacher not available.

Under,"All teachers work in an hourly interval max days per week" i have all teachers have 1 free afternoon.I wish to know what i can do so that once i generate the timetables and issue to teachers and start teaching, incase there is a change later, their free afternoons will not change.I have been using teachers not available times which is quite some work when you have many teachers. If there can be a shotcut, that would be great

At this time the collaboration means that another user may view your PC/PlanXY screen and work with it. This means you can work with other users at the same project. You share a "key" with the other users and they "join" your PC.

That said, I plan to release a "XML Collaboration app" that would work with PlanXY (and with other of my apps that support XML) and make real time collaboration possible.

Michael,

Thank you! The download worked. In your website, you mentioned about "collaboration", is it the "Share Screen" option under "Help"?

Collaboration is actually one of the reason why I want to explore PlanXY. I wish there is a way that my collegue and I can edit the same file an not over writing each other's work. Is it something that PlanXY support?

It's probably a store related error.

https://www.turbo-play.com/update4/29410c69-7a2b-4a2b-9893-9de712a5cd77/planxy.exe

This local portable executable is always up to date, it will show a warning about downloading it from the store but you can always ignore it.
