how to set the unavailability of a teacher on a particular day

suppose we have 5 teachers of computer subject. and three of them are not available on friday and saturday. how can set these values and generate the timetable accordingly . please help

Select Data, Time constraints, Teachers, A teacher's not available times, Add

Then select the teacher and mark the times the teacher is not available with and 'x' and Add
