I didnot understand what you are trying to do  

if i have activity with 2h00 i will add constrain of preferred time that check a plan of 2h00...

-is this a simple activity with duration 2h ?
or some independant activities witch when putted consecutive, will last for 2h ?
If it is a single activity with duration 2 or 3, then you dont need any prefered time constraint !! FET will schedule it in 3 consecutive timeslot ...
I you need an activity to last for 3 consecutive hours, dont split it into 3 subactivities, instead make it one big activity with duration 3
second question: What minimum duration for activity at your school ? 1h 30min ... ?
