I've experimented the Moroccan version
fet-5.27.3-morocco4,and I noted that the contraint " two days exception"  and " one day exception" is note activated

I just checked. These "exceptions" (1 or 2 days) are in the teachers time constraints, and I can add them and they are saved in the file and opened correctly.

Also, I generated on the example provided with FET-Morocco, farabi432.fet, and "exceptions" work.
