teacher's maximum number of specific period (say first or last period) per week

I would like to put a constraint where all teachers are limited to max 3 last teaching periods per week. Every day we have 7 teaching periods, so I want a teacher to have up to three 7th periods per week, not more.

I do not seem to find a way to do this in FET. Does anybody have any suggestions?
