Regarding Setting Parameter

Hello, I encounter some problems when doing following condition settings...

In our school, there are seven duration per day.(1st to 4th in the morning, 5th to 7th in the afternoon)

Our students in grade five (and six) have 2 duration to learn the swimming skill.

Because the swimming pool is a little bit far away from school, so before swimming class, we have to arrange  room teacher's class. It means I have to set:

『   (room teacher, 1 duration)+(swimming, 2 duration)  』      for those class whose swimming course starting from 3rd.

How can I do the settings?

Sorry, but I didn't understand what happens before swimming for this group... Is it a "break" (lasting for 1 hour) or another activity? Could you give some more details? Thanks.
