from EDT4FET to FET

i produced many time tables and as the number of these tables began to get larger i decided to erase them from my pc .the problem is that i omitted the best table .the only thing i keep from my best table is a copy in a form of  EDT4FET xls file.I WANT TO REPRODUCE IT IF POSSIBLE IN A " data-and -timetable.fet " file  TO MAKE SOME SLIGHT  CHANGES .IS IT POSSIBLE

i fear there is no easy way to covert it.

maybe, if you haven't worked too much on your computer yet, you can restore the data by a recovery tool like "Recuva", "EaseUS Data Recovery", ...
