min hours daily for teachers

Hi,
our college has many part time teachers and even the full time teachers are not neccessarily coming each day. Therefore I tried to avoid days with only one period in the teachers timetable.
I didn't want to make this constraint 100% so that if it is neccessary a teacher still could be scheduled to come for one period. But I noticed that FET accepts only 100% in the dialogue.
Is there a way to weigh this contraint less? Thanks!

Unfortunately, the algorithm cannot be made to accept weights under 100% (at least I have no solution).

Thanks for the fast reply.
I think I will try to make the activities of those teachers who don't want to come many times with 2 periods, so they don't have to come for one.
