Where is the configuration directory?

Hello:
Excuse my litle english. I'm spanish. I want to work in two computers and I don't see where is the configuration directory. I wash to copy this directory to take it between the two computers.

In the README file, there is a section about uninstalling FET (near the end), there you can find where FET stores the settings (under Windows, in registry, under GNU/Linux like, probably in ~/.config/fet/ ).
