Domain question (lalescu.ro organization)

A question for people skilled in this matter:

Should I better think of making my page liviu.lalescu.ro, as a
subdomain? Is it better for the future organization problems? (now it is
lalescu.ro/liviu/ ).

What about FET? fet.liviu.lalescu.ro or liviu.lalescu.ro/fet/ , or as it is now, lalescu.ro/liviu/fet/ ?

I prefer as it is now, but maybe it is not the best division.

For easy remembering: The simpler the better
I think "Lalescu" and "Livui" is redundant

So IMHO fet.lalscu.ro is the best choice
