Reduce one hour of the subject for intensive summer schedule

Hi there,

During the school year we have a schedule and in the month of June and September we do intensive schedule.
We reduce the class hours and also the hours of the subjects. For example, Science goes from 3 hours to 2 hours.
My doubt is as follows:
I have a subject as Science divided into 3.
Sciences. Activity 1. 1/3
Sciences. Activity 2. 1/3
Sciences. Activity 3. 1/3
I would like to delete for summerschedule a single activity to leave it as follows:
Sciences. Activity 1. 1/3
Sciences. Activity 2. 1/3
What happens to me is I can't erase just one, but everything is erased.
Would it be possible to delete only one activity?

Hello,

Indeed, removing is only possible to the whole activity group. But you can deactivate a component by editing the whole activity and in the active tab of the necessary subactivity unselect "Active".

So, that would be similar to eliminate it because It wouldn't set the activity on the schedule. Am I right?

Just came into my mind: if you want to make it automatic, you can add a special activity tag "AT" and edit the subactivities adding this tag to only the extra component; then, you can go to activity tags dialog and just Activate/Deactivate all activities for "AT" with a single click.
