Custom FET to plan the working week of an hospital division

I'm happy do be back after a so long time... I'm working to update my translation,,, And I hope you all are well!

But now I'm back to see if my daughter Federica that's working in a Hospital can take advantage of FET

She is involved to prepare tyhe scheduling of 7 doctors that work in two divisions (classes?): 3 slots/ hours 8, 14 and 20 in first one. 2 slots/ 8, 14 in second one.
When a doctor works at 20 o'clock, he needs to be free the same day (no work at 8 and 14) and the day after (no work 8, 14 and 20).
Do you think that may I manage some constraints to respect this condition?

I can't figure how FET may constraint an activity looking at the scheduling of the previous day...

So, some teachers work 3 hours per day and others only 2?

If I understood correctly, you can use more constraints of type activities occupy max time slots from selection, 5 for each teacher and each (day, day+1) pair: you add for instance a such constraint with all the activities of a teacher, select day 1 hour 8 and day 1 hour 20, max occupied 1. Then day 1 hour 14 and day 1 hour 20, then day 1 hour 20 and day 2 hour 8, then day 1 hour 20 and day 2 hour 14, then day 1 hour 20 and day 2 hour 20.
