Multiple Time Table also Exported in CSV

Hi !
FET files are generated in Multiple Time Tables.

It could be also very nice to have also csv version of the each time table. Same as when we export FET file.

OK, I added in the TODO, but you could just pick a data_and_timetable.fet solution and generate on it from FET and export as CSV.
