If only Fet anables us to splite activities after clicking on modify option, it would be great since we are deleting all the in order to splite them.

About your first post:
Instead of deleting you can do this trick:
Just set an sub(activity) to "inactive". (Yes, this trick works only if you want to decrease. It doesn't work if you want to increase).

As you said we can decrease not increase activities.

For the second point, I think it's impossible to be realised.

Volker, I think Alpha Peace means adding a "Separately" check box for teachers, similar to the students, when adding an activity.
