Trouble when importing CSV file

I'm struggling with importing activities using CSV files. I've also tried to manually configure some testing data in the Activities menu, and then export the data to get the correct template of CSV files.
But when I tried to import activities using the exact template file exported from FET, the program was still unable to recognize data (the message appeared from the program as in the attachment).
Please help me with this problem.

Please:

1) Load and export examples/FET-6-official/by-Volker-Dirr/sample_German.fet, then you will see the students and activities CSV examples;

and/or

2) Post here your students and activities CSV files.
