Thank you for the short name feature in version 6.22 and above. This feature really helps me to make the size of the generated schedule table more efficient. Previously I had to edit the HTML generated again to make the size of my schedule table more space-saving.
Once again, thank you for this feature.

Suggestion:
To make it easier to read the short name, most teachers in my school suggest that the short name in the legend is placed at the beginning then the name.

Thank you for adding this feature...

You are welcome!

It is not short name, it is long name. I advise you to use name as short name, and long name as long name. Then the name (short) comes first.

Sorry, what I meant by short name was code. I don't use long names to create teacher and subject data.

No problem!

My advice is to use subject name = BIN and subject long name = Bahasa Indonesia. Isn't this possible?

M.zais

If I use the lesson name/teacher name with code and the full name with the long name I can't read the full name of the lesson/teacher directly in the FET interface. And if I want to see the full name of the lesson/teacher I have to click and see the details on the right side.

When I was compiling my schedule, I was more familiar with the full name of the teacher and the subject than the code. Especially when choosing the name of the teacher and lesson when adding activities.
But when publishing schedules I tend to use code to save space in the table.

Thank you for your suggestion! Indeed, I thought and you are right. I will try to think of a solution to choose the order of elements in the lines of the legend.

It will be added as a suggestion and I might do it, but I am not sure if and when.

Thank you very much Liviu.

It's very nice that you responded to my feedback. May you always be healthy.
Amen... :)

Thank you, M.zais!

Actually, I did it. It is a new setting in the Data to print in timetables. Please test and let me know: https://lalescu.ro/liviu/fet/download/test/

I hope to release the final version on 24 September 2024.
