permettere una sola ora al giorno

Buon pomeriggio,
mi capita quest'anno di dover impostare, per due docenti, la possibilità di svolgere una sola ora al giorno (perché svolgono mansioni direttive e dunque sono sempre presenti in Istituto, non hanno problemi di ore buche ed hanno poche ora in aula).
Se imposto 'Max ore al giorno per un insegnante' a '1' mi dà errore e lo riporta a '2'. Qualcuno sa aiutarmi?

I am sorry, but I don't understand. I just tried a small example with a teacher with max 1 hours daily and it worked. Maybe you could post some screenshots, and detail the problem.

Nell'immagine in allegato c'è la finestra nella quale è possibile inserire il numero minimo di ore al giorno per insegnante.
Se provo a scrivere '1' nella casella evidenziata dal cerchio rosso, lo riporta in automatico a '2'.
E' come se fosse un valore non permesso.

In your first post it is "max", but in the second it is "min". Yes, min 1 hours daily for teachers, allowing empty days, would be useless. Please add min 2 for each teacher (you can do that with a single click - "Add constraints"), and deactivate or remove the constraints for the teachers who can have only 1 hour daily.
