Sometimes during exams, some teachers have to be assigned to certain rooms so that they stay for a full day (or 1/2 day and maybe for all days/week). To do this, I think we need to add a space constraint, for example: max room changes in a given day for a teacher.

However, using this constraint will make it impossible to use the recently added constraint: a(all) room's max activities per teacher, unless if we make max activities > 1 ...

I achieved this by adding the following constraints:
2 time constraints: activity has a preferred starting time, activities are grouped
and
 1 space constraint: activities occupies max different rooms (max different =1)
