A simpler alternative to this solution is to add three time constraints of the same type, instead of two constraints of different types. This constraint is: a set of activities has a set of prefferred time slot. We add it to each of the three tags used to identify activities in each of the three teacher sets, based on the three subjects:

subject1, 3 activities for each teacher in this set have the activity tag "tag1"
subject2, 3 activities for each teacher in this set have the activity tag "tag2"
subject3, 2 activities for each teacher in this set have the activity tag "tag3"
