min of 3 session for 4 days, but min of 2 on 1 day???

Proper Newbie here!

Is there a rule / constraint that I can put in that will mean that the learners have to have a min of 3 hours on a Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, but have a min of 2 hours on a Wednesday.

Maybe add an activity with duration 1, allowed only on Wednesday. (And then min 3 hours daily, of course). Careful to max gaps constraints. And careful: if n_hours_per_day is 6, and students can have 6 real activities, then this dummy activity will allow only 5 real activities on Wednesday.
