It's really a shame that you have to re-ask for donations. Your program is very valuable, and I'm sure many people are using it. We can all pitch in and help. You are saving us a lot of time, effort and frustration in timetabling!

I would suggest you put this request somewhere in a prominent place. One forum I regularly view is www.lr4x4.com. They have a dashboard on their forum homepage with an indication of the funding level. I'm not sure which applet they use, but it is very visible and clear (see my attachment). If you would have something like that, I'm sure it would stimulate more people to give.

We are using FET in a low-budget school in a Ghanaian village, so I can't help as much as I would like to. But you deserve some benefits from us all!

Thank you for your kind thoughts! You helped already very much this project, thank you!

But I want a clear separation of the project from other things. No commercials on the FET homepage. And no other things which don't really belong there. I wrote: "If this software proves useful, please consider a donation or sponsorship." on the main page (and also a menu Donations, very clearly visible). That is enough for the moment, I think. I do not have the right to put colored bars for donations, just to make them more visible, but annoying people who just want to download or see other things.

I hope to stick to my ideas, but I cannot promise :-)

I added the sentence "Financial help is highly needed" on the FET homepage and on the Donations page. I hope it is better, and still decent.
