Activate/Deactivate all constraints

Yush Yuen suggested me to add a button "Remove all" in the Time constraints dialog (taking care of the filter, of course). I think a better thing would be two buttons, "Activate all" / "Deactivate all". What do you think?

Nice idea.
I wonder if could it be one button that works as a switch instead of two.
