Could fet make a timetable of teacher's meetings? I think make with fet manually, but are there any menu?

Why doing it manually if FET can do it automatically?
Just add activities only with teachers of the teachers meeting. Don't add students. FET will place that teacher meetings automatically and it will also care about all other needed constraints (like gaps, not available, free day, ...)

I don't explain well. There are meetings in the afternoon out of the timetable of the school. There are three days and two meetings at the same time. I made that you say.

Hmm...
I am not sure what you want to do, but it sound like a timetabling tools is unneeded and/or not usefull in your case, because it sound like you can do that much faster, better and more shareable with an calendar software (like google calendar, microsoft outlook, ...)

I think no, because there are two meetings at same time then I must to deliver the teachers to one meeting or the other one. One group of students has a meeting with his teachers. When I have finished I' ll attachment the file.

The best "trick" is using rooms.
Add 2 rooms. "Meeting 1" and "Meeting 2".
Then add a room constraint to the meeting activities. Allow only this 2 new rooms.
Now you will get max 2 meetings per timeslot.
