How to speed up data iput process ?

the teacher fr1 teachs the subject fr, in four independants groups in a week : 1Sc-1, 1Sc-2, 3Lg-1, 3Lg-2
each group has four hours of subject fr
Total of weekly working hours for teacher fr1 is therefor: 16 hours
I double click on teacher f1 (selected)
subject: fr
split activies : 4
duration: 1
If activities on same day, force consecutive : checked

Now, can I simply select the four groups at once, then click "add curent activities" !?

Yes, that is the idea I had in mind when I designed the add activity dialog, you may keep the same settings and modify only one parameter and click "add".

PS: If you need them in different real days, you may need to add min days 2 (because the first real day is 2 days in FET). If you do so, FET will ask if you want a second constraint with min 1 days - please think if this is needed in your case, I am not sure of the answer.

Hmm, I am not sure everything is OK in my answer. You are allowed to have same lessons in FET day 2 and 3 (real day 1 afternoon, then real day 2 morning). You might need additional modifications on FET - to tell it that FET days 1 and 2, 3&4, ... are the same.

Please try to see what timetable you are getting and if it is not good, I'll modify further FET for you.

But if look at this image, you will see more than 16 hours for teacher fr1 !!!
specialy the four last activities !! all four groups are putted together in one activity !!

Your previous post is incomplete.

I meant: you need to add an activity split into 4 for first group, then remove first group, add second group, click add, and so on, in 4 add steps.

Please remove the 3rd and 6th group of 4 activities, leave only 4*4 activities=16 hours per week.

You need to add each group of 4 activities one at a time, no shortcuts like you want here.
