Hello Liviu Conditions for me to create a constraint on the minimum number of hours per morning for all teachers or a teacher in the morning-afternoon mode. Thank you

Add min hours daily and then min hours per morning (you cannot add only per morning, because of the way these constraints were conceived).

Not possible, because the constraint does not allow empty slots: Or use more constraints activities occupy min time slots from selection, for each teacher and each morning, select all activities of that teacher, min occupied = 2, select all the slots of that morning.

Discussing with @ngoctp29121982 on Facebook, we came to the conclusion that he needs a special case of some teachers with min 2 hours per morning and min 3 hours per afternoon.
