OLD - FET-5.27.4-snapshot available

I added a new snapshot, to test for a day or two, before the final release. The new thing is a complete French translation, by Pascal Cohen (who rewrote it from zero), and an update to Qt 5.5.0 (for which I will ask your tests).

Please test on a new and on an old computer, work a bit with the program, generate some simple timetables, etc.

I added a new snapshot, with minor fixes. Please test the spread activities over the week and remove redundant constraints dialogs.
