We need another check/warning into FET

Hello
Again, Aissa is complaining he cant solve his timetable
I took a look at his .fet file
I realise this happens, not because FET cant solve it.
rather because he is inputting irrealistic constraint !!

Well!
Teacher Math6 has 26 hours per week
maximum hours per day for teachers is 5
Aissa wants to give this teacher a free day like other teachers, by constraint: "teacher not availabe" on thursday !!
But this is not possible for MAth6 to work only 5 days, since he needs:
5+5+5+5+5+1 = six days

So
I there any possible way to add a another check/warning into FET ?
So whenever a user make teacher unavailable at a given period/day, FET will make a comparaison between total hours per week  for teacher and remaining available timeslots  
if:
Working  hours per week > available timeslots
then
WARNING

Anyway, the user must be careful with data, because I cannot check all situations.
