I want to générate windows version of my fet application how I dévélopped it on ubuntu.

Looks like you are talking about "cross compiling".
i never done cross compiling so far.
please use google and search for things like "qt cross compile linux windows" to get more information.

don't forget to care about gpl if you publish a windows executable.
