The official FET is available on the FET homepage, tar.bz2 as sources and exe as Windows executable. Yush chose to pack his Mac files using zip. These two zip files are for Mac.

Thank you very much.

I realize I am a bit quick to blame "the great firewall of China" when things don't work right, generally the blame is well placed; however, this time it was clearly my mistake (even if I don't see why the original link never opened). This newly compiled version opened just fine. So now we can confirm that there is a "Mavericks" (10.9.2) executable.
