Is there an option to Overlapping Group of activities

Hello
i have three activities (2 hours each) that Teacher X teaches two of them(Act1 & Act2) and teacher Y teaches the third(Act3)
i have grouped them 'Three Activities are Grouped', but i need Act1 and Act3 to be parallel or might overlap, is there a trick to do so?

If you want A1 and A3 simultaneous, add same starting time constraint, then two grouped for A1 and A2. But if you want a kind of OR between them, I am not sure I see other solution.
