I am exploring the FET Engine to schedule for the High School.  Scheduling has to happen based on the Students Electives. For example in Grade 9,  some students may take Math's Course and some might take Science Course as Electives. I will have two activities of Math's Course and Science Course with Grade 9 in the FET. Now the Scheduling engine has to pick up students from Grade 9 and include Students of respective electives and schedule the activity accordingly.

What I  found in the FET engine is? It can only schedule the activities by Time and Space. Is there any work around to schedule activities by Students too?

thanks

In FET you have to specify for each activity the exact students. You may use years' divisions to make overlapping groups of students, with optional subjects. But I assume you want more than that, meaning FET to choose students for each activity.

I know that some people wanted FET to choose teachers for activities. This is not possible directly, but they used a trick: a FET room = a real teacher. This way, they assigned teachers to activities. May work in your case.
