A day with different time activities

Sorry for my horribile english!
I need to set the time of the institution in this way;
Monday 8,30/16,30
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 8,30/13,30
If I go into the menu data - basic- days and hours- hours per day I can only set one time, the same for all days of the week.
How do I set it correctly?

fet -> data -> basic -> day and hours:
set hours from 8,30 to 16,30.

then
fet -> data -> timeconstraints -> miscellaneous -> break times -> add
add the not allowed times on Tuesday to Friday 13,30 to 16,30
